Because antibodies are not metabolized, blood pressure rises and physical performance decreases.

When we exercise outdoors, and we start a run on a day with low humidity but few odors, the start can be positive, and oxygen consumption is maintained until physical performance begins to decline, blood pressure rises, and heart rate increases beyond the control of performance.

When you concentrate on this exercise, oxygen consumption can be noticeable, but when performance drops and odors such as car exhaust or forest odors begin to be present, blood biochemistry can change, and antibodies can become explosive for certain polluting gases, potentially killing a cell that warns neurons and blocking antibody consumption. This is why the heart rate increases slightly during exercise, blocking antibodies, and raising blood pressure so that these odors don’t enter the blood and dissolve into the atmosphere.

My performance statistics.
