The accumulation of lactate and excess carbohydrates in cells and food in old age can have the following consequences.
If we acquire a brown complexion in winter and notice light on rainy days, it is a symptom of excessive lactic acid in our cells.
When we have a lot of carbohydrates and the light completely dries out the atmosphere in winter, physical performance declines.
Carbohydrates are consumed with atmospheric water, and when the atmosphere lacks water, lactate levels rise in cells, not in the blood, to be stored for humid days that produce better physical performance.
To lower body or atmospheric temperature levels and lactate levels in cells, I only recommend high protein intake, for days in a row, until atmospheric water is sufficient, for a sugar intake.
When we eat only protein, many days, lactate is excreted by the cells, which raises blood sugar levels, and is then digested by leukocytes and excreted by the liver.
If lactate is consumed as sugar, protein levels are good.
